Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship to over 20 countries around the globe. If you don’t see your country listed at checkout please send me an email and I’ll add your country to the list. International shipments are NOT INSURED and they are often not trackable and for these reasons A MANO can not take any responsibility for lost or damaged international packages. By choosing to have A MANO ship a package to you outside of the US you accept the fact that once the package leaves our hands it’s 100% the responsibility of the buyer, including any custom fees that may be incurred at time of arrival in the destination country.

Can you make custom work/special orders? At this time I am unable to offer special orders until further notice. Thank you for your understanding.

How do you ship? Packages are shipped via USPS. If you place an order through the site you’ll get an email with a tracking number once your item has shipped. Most items will be shipped within 2-4 business days of placing your order. We ship via USPS, please allow 5-14 business days for your package to arrive for domestic orders and possibly longer for international packages. We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for ANY REASON. Please make sure you love your purchase before you check out!

I selected Local Pickup, how do I get my order? I will send out an email to you within 2-3 business days with the pickup information you need for local pickup. Please note that all local orders must be picked up within 4 weeks of purchase or you will be sent an invoice for shipping. I cannot store orders indefinitely.

I had something in my shopping cart and while I was checking out someone else bought it! Help! Unfortunately, this can happen during busy shop updates. My site DOES NOT have a cart hold, so if there are items that you are sure you want, it’s best to check out quickly and go back into the site to continue shopping for more items after purchasing your “must have” piece. If there are significant shipping overages from multiple orders I will refund if I can. Shipping costs are based on item size and weight.

Do you make everything on the site? I make all of the ceramic and most of the glass work on the site. The other wares will have a notice on the item description that indicates they were not made by me.
